Peacefully at the Margaret Kerr Unit on 30th September 2025, Caroline, former area Librarian, Scottish Borders Council, Galashiels, dear sister of Issie and Chris. Cremation private. On Monday 27th October at 11:45am a reception will be held at the Kingsknowes Hotel, Galashiels to which all friends are respectfully invited. No flowers please but donations if desired may be sent to the Margaret Kerr Unit.
