Thomas Brown & Sons Ltd Attend Borders Crematorium’s Open Day

On Saturday 5th September, Robbie and Laura represented Thomas Brown & Sons Ltd at Borders Crematorium Open Day, where they had the opportunity to meet members of the local community and share information about the services we provide to families throughout Melrose and the Scottish Borders.

We were also proud to have three of our vehicles on display, including our latest addition, a Volkswagen Passat Elegance Hybrid First Call vehicle, which attracted considerable interest from visitors throughout the day.

Joining us at the event were representatives from a number of wonderful local organisations, including St Abbs Lifeboat, which has recently benefited from donations generously made by families we have served. We were also pleased to see Anna from Children First and Gill Coltman, Celebrant, who were available to speak with visitors and provide information about the valuable support they offer.

Throughout the morning, guests enjoyed a fantastic performance from the Galashiels Town Band, whose wonderful music added to the welcoming atmosphere of the event.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Jane and all the staff at Borders Crematorium for organising such an informative and successful Open Day. It was a pleasure to be involved, and we were grateful for the opportunity to meet so many members of the local community.
